How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:


The Bow Boys accepts returns for a refund within 7 calendar days of product delivery to the customer. An original sales receipt must accompany all returns. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition."

Return requirements:

  • Item must show absolutely no signs of wear or damage in any way.
  • Customer must contact The Bow Boys within 7 calendar days of the delivery date regarding their return. After 7 days, no returns are accepted.
  • Special orders and custom orders are not eligible for return.
  • Some additional items may be ineligible for return and/or have a different return policy time period noted in the item description.
  • Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) returned to The Bow Boys.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Damaged or Incorrect shipments:

If an item is received damaged or was incorrectly shipped by The Bow Boys, please contact our Customer Support immediately. Items that are damaged in shipping, defective, incorrect, or not ordered qualify for store credit or a refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.



The Bow Boys is not responsible for broken hair ties.

REMEMBER: You must contact us within 7 days if you intend to return any item back to our store. Items returned to us after 7 days and without contacting us will not be refunded.
